First, make sure that you are staying well hydrated.
Second, make sure you are getting adequate sleep every night.
Third, think about your stress levels and overall cortisol levels. Try to spend a few minutes each day decompressing or meditating.
Fourth, make sure you are nourishing your body adequately. Reducing intake of alcohol, tobacco, and drugs can really make a difference not only in skin quality but the way you feel about yourself.
